Faulty goods will be fully refunded and we can replace your bag of jigsaw pieces. Faulty jigsaws must be returned within 30 days for a refund.

The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as they are still in the condition they left our warehouse in. However, return postage will not be refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the UK, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
